With how much lead time should I register for participation?
We recommend that you register no later than 3 weeks before your arrival in South Korea. The processing time for the visa is usually not more than 2 weeks, but you need some time to prepare the visa application documents (which we can also review before you submit them), and it makes sense to allow for a few extra days to avoid the risk of not receiving the visa in time. If you already have the visa, you can, of course, register on shorter notice.
However, it is definitely more relaxed to apply for the visa well in advance.
Most nationalities can apply for the visa 1 year, while some nationalities can only apply 3 months before entry to South Korea.
You can register with us as soon as you have firmly decided that you want to travel to South Korea.
