With how much lead time should I register for participation?

Most nationalities can apply for the visa 3 months before entry to South Korea. We recommend that you register no later than 3 weeks, but better 2-3 months before your arrival in South Korea. The processing time for the visa is usually not more than 2 weeks, but you need some time to prepare the visa application documents (which we can also review before you submit them), and it makes sense to allow for a few extra days to avoid the risk of not receiving the visa in time. There might also be a waiting time to get an appointment at a Korean embassy or consulate.

If you already have the visa, you can, of course, register on shorter notice.

You can register with us as soon as you have firmly decided that you want to travel to South Korea.
