Do I only receive a "starter package" from you, meaning support at the beginning?

No, we are your point of contact for your entire year in South Korea. The first 4 weeks include an introduction and orientation in Daegu. After that, you can continue to contact our team in Korea via Kakao Talk, Whatsapp, email, and phone, as well as our international support team, for the entire year whenever you need assistance.
