When should I apply for my Working Holiday/Youth Mobility Visa for Germany?
If you apply at the German embassies abroad, the visa processing time is around 2-4 weeks. Please note that this may change, so you should not apply for your visa at the very last minute. Typically, you can only apply for your visa 3 months prior to the scheduled arrival date in Germany. The validity of the visa typically starts on the date when you enter Germany.
