How does the booking and matching process work?

Once you have booked, we will search for a farm, horse ranch, or au pair family in Ireland for you. Upon finding a suitable match, you will receive a "placement advice" from us, containing a profile of the selected farm, horse ranch, or au pair family along with their contact details. Subsequently, you can directly communicate with the chosen host, pose any questions you may have, and decide whether to accept the placement. If you choose to accept the farm, horse ranch, or au pair family, you will sign the placement advice. In case there is a valid reason not to accept the provided placement, we will continue searching for other farms, horse ranches, or au pair families and send you new placement advice.
