How does the booking and matching process work? How long does it take?

The entire process from your booking to arriving in China takes approximately 4 months.


The process is as follows:


  1. You book your program participation. If you are unsure about your chances of placement, please send us an inquiry and your resume in English, and we will provide feedback.


  1. Our coordinator in Beijing will have a video conference with you to get a better idea of you and contact suitable employers.


  1. We then arrange job interviews with employers. These interviews take place via video conference.


  1. You receive a job offer and sign the employment contract.


  1. We organize the necessary documents from China for your visa application and send them to you in paper form.


Steps 1-5 take about one month.


  1. You then apply for the visa at the Chinese Embassy in your home country. The processing time takes about 3 months.


  1. The visa is issued, and you travel to China.
