# Can I get vegetarian/vegan meals in Montenegro?

You will be responsible for your own meals, which makes it easy to follow a vegan or vegetarian diet. Although traditional Montenegrin cuisine is quite meat-based, many naturally plant-based dishes are available, such as prebranac (baked beans), grilled vegetables, and various bread spreads.
