# Kann ich in Indien vegetarische Nahrung bekommen?

Ja, Indien ist ein Paradies für vegetarisches Essen. Vegetarisches Essen ist der "Normalfall" und wenn ein Restaurant Fleisch oder Fisch anbietet, wird es als "Non-Veg" bezeichnet. Fast alle Restaurants sind klar als vegetarisch  („Veg“) oder nicht vegetarisch („Non-Veg“), bzw. es gibt getrennte Menüs. Etwa 40% der Inder ernähren sich ausschließlich vegetarisch.

Das in unserer WG in Jaipur und im Guesthouse in Jodhpur angebotene Essen ist vegetarisch.
