# Kann ich Briefe und Pakete in den Sharehouses empfangen, auch wenn ich in Japan herumreise?

Ja, wenn du noch bei uns registriert bist, kannst du Briefe und Pakete im Sharehouse empfangen. Wir teilen es dir mit, wenn uns etwas erreicht. Pakete lagern wir ein und du kannst sie später abholen. Briefe können wir entweder an dich innerhalb Japans weiterschicken oder, wenn es sich etwa um behördliche Mitteilungen oder ähnliches handelt, mit deiner Zustimmung öffnen, fotographieren und dir auch sagen, ob etwas und was getan werden muss.
